Accomplished Director of Ops, Event & Concert Producer, Production Manager, Recording-Mixing-Mastering Engineer and Professor with a successful career over 20 years of experience of a proven international success.
Fernando Amendola is a Senior Executive with 30 years’ experience in the music industry working in the development of music production and composition of Walt Disney Company Latin America.
At his current position, Amendola is responsibile for Music content related with Disney+ Latam productions, Live Entertainment, Studios, Franchising and Brand management in more than 30 original projects per year. He manages the entire creative process for original music, including the control of hiring composers, vocal coaches, song arrangers, engineers, studio facilities, producers, vocalists, and mixers; oversees the scoring for all contents of Disney + Latam; negotiates with publishers and songwriters for music licenses for Disney + Latam productions, and more.
Michael Dyson (Counsel, Music Business and Legal Affairs at NBCUniversal) is a dedicated and seasoned attorney best known for his work in the television-music and film-music spaces. Handling music considerations ranging across a broad variety of English- and Spanish-language productions and tapping into the commercial music side of the business through his integral role supporting NBCUniversal’s in-house record label, Michael has quickly established his place in the industry.
In addition to his legal background, Michael has an educational and professional background in software engineering, starting his career at the intersection of software and music as a consultant for I.B.M. His work in that space continues, now from the music business and legal perspective.
Nuñez has been instrumental in revitalizing Warner Chappell's catalog through unique sync placements. She recently secured Madonna's "Vogue" for a Brazilian bank campaign and contributed to several local hits during the Super Bowl.
She also led a sync conference in Colombia to foster collaboration within the industry. She will continue to focus on creating innovative sync experiences and has been recognized for her contributions to the music industry. Nuñez is fluent in multiple languages, enabling effective collaboration in various markets.
As Vice President of Technical Operations for Solid State Logic Phill Scholes has enjoyed a long career with the company having tenure at SSLs Los Angeles and New York offices after his start at UK headquarters.
He’s been responsible for all aspects of the SSL customer experience from the very beginning of the process through installation, training and the ongoing support of SSLs analog and digital recording/ mixing consoles.
As a recording engineer he’s worked on Grammy nominated records and trained many more actual Grammy winners on how to get the very best out of the SSL equipment they use daily to keep them ahead of the game.
Much of the time you’ll find Phill in and around the LA studio community. Most recently he’s been very focused on the emerging immersive studio technologies we are now seeing all over the US.

Through the participation of industry professionals, with representatives from industry giants who produce content, we will explore how to maximize revenue through the strategic use of music in films, series, video games and live performances.
In addition, the growing opportunities in Latin American productions will be discussed, highlighting how artists can expand their reach beyond the mainstream market and take advantage of large platform productions. The panel will provide an ideal environment for networking and exchanging ideas.
